About this program
Over six practical and confidential workshops, you will develop a strategic review specific to your business. The plan will consider its current position, systems, strengths and weaknesses. It will ensure that your personal goals are merged into business goals so that you can make the changes necessary to prepare for the future. The result will be a documented plan for your personal actions and a plan for the business. The plans will be supplied in a format that you can update when necessary.
Once the priorities for improvement have been identified and agreed, you will receive up to ten hours of one-on-one mentoring with business and financial experts to assist with practical implementation of your plans. You will also be supplied with information on how to access ongoing support.

$220 (value over $2800, subsidised by AusIndustry)
